Let me introduce Bonni. For the past 13 years Bonni has been honored to be an agent with Equity One Real Estate, a highly respected Real Estate Boutique, established on Maui in 1976.

Bonni feels that living, working and playing on Maui for 35 years has been an amazing privilege. She has raised her family here on the North Shore with her husband, who is a professional extreme water sports photographer. Bonni has always been into a healthy lifestyle. She was blessed with a wonderful energy and a love of helping people. Living on Maui and working in Real Estate has gifted her in so many ways. She is very grateful for all of the wonderful people she has met and worked with over the years. Bonni loves learning, researching, sharing and problem solving which supports and feels has helped her clients in a purchase or sale of their property. Being raised by a contractor father and artist mother, Bonni was exposed to a creative foundation. She has a talent for assessing and recognizing properties for their value, design and the importance of location. 

Real Estate has many facets and it is Bonni’s goal to help her clients understand what is involved in buying and selling on Maui. Through her thorough 'Market Analysis', Bonni likes to educate her clients by ‘painting a picture’ of the market values and how it relates to the different areas on the island.
