Frank Szczepanski brings over 15 years of experience in real estate to every client that he serves. With over 21 years of international business experience, Frank excels at negotiating multi-million-dollar enterprise contracts with high-tech companies, Fortune 100 companies, and startup companies. Frank cares about people and co-founded a Biotechnology company that focuses on diagnostics for breast cancer and infectious disease. 

Frank grew up in a working-class family, the oldest of nine children, which valued education and hard work as priority. He graduated from Bishop Noll High School and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in Industrial Management and master's degree in Finance from Purdue University in Lafayette, IN.

Frank's kuleana to the community is shown through his service to Upcountry Rotary, as an instructor for Special Olympics Ski team, on the Executive Council for Boy Scouts of America, and building houses Habitat for Humanity. He especially committed to clean drinking water and environmentally sound practices that take care of the āina by volunteering for water relief efforts in EPA superfund sites and through support of the Sierra Club. 

Frank is a husband, father, entrepreneur, and moved to Maui in 2019 with his wife Candace, their two children, and the Bouvier des Flandres Fifi. They live in beautiful Upcountry Maui and enjoy golfing, hiking, water sports, and the beaches.
