Jayce was born and raised in Long Beach, California, and as a child on vacation, knew immediately that his dream was to one day live in Maui. He earned a B.S. in International Business from California State University Long Beach. There, he worked in project management for a tech company as well as in construction development of investment properties. Later, he obtained his real estate license and worked for six years in Albuquerque, New Mexico where he specialized in residential and income properties, winning several production awards. In the summer of 2022, when an incredible opportunity came about for him and his fiancé to move to Maui, they packed their bags and their four animals and jumped in head first.

Jayce enjoys participating in community events such as Paddle for Life, and is dedicated to helping the immense stray cat colony in his own neighborhood by slowly rounding them up to get fixed and vaccinated. He loves the culture of Aloha here in the islands and seeks to give back to both the land and people of Maui. He loves to spend his time exploring the water by outrigger canoe and SUP and is always looking to learn more about the incredible history of this beautiful island.
