Between enjoying the ocean, kiting, stand-up paddling, working in her organic garden and living a heathy lifestyle, Felice Miller is living the island dream!  Felice was born and raised in Japan and after high school, moved to San Francisco to attend college. She met her husband Paul on the north shore of Oahu 36 years ago on her frequent trips to Asia. They fell in love with Maui and raised their family in the sleepy beach town called Ku’au just a few doors down from the famous Mama’s Fish House. The windsurfing industry had just started up and more and more people were discovering Paia and Maui’s North shore. They decided they wanted land so they bought land in upcountry Haiku and created a working orchard and tree farm. Paul runs a heavy machinery business to help clients build their new homes and specializes in septic systems, site preparation and landscaping. Between the two of them, they have been able to help many grateful clients and friends make Maui their home.

Prior to Real Estate, Felice was a hair and make-up artist in the wedding and fashion industry. Being bilingual, her business here on Maui took off with the Japanese wedding industry and then grew to commercials, television and the movie industry. You can still find her on locations on the top of Haleakala, in the jungles of Hana or out on a sailboat still taking on interesting jobs. Her clientele would ask about real estate on Maui and that’s when she decided to get her license.

Felice has over 14 years of real estate experience assisting buyer-clients in finding their perfect property or selling their homes. Her friendly personality and positive energy makes her a pleasure to be around. Her eye for details, quick response and going the extra mile sets her apart. She is extremely dedicated and takes pride in integrity, honesty and commitment to her clients. Felice will hunt for the perfect match for her clients no matter if it’s upcountry Maui, Kula, Paia, Hana, Lahaina, or Wailea. Her passion and love for Maui is the reason why she loves sharing this beautiful Island she calls home.
