Maui is special to us in a way that defines us spiritually and culturally. We take comfort in the protection of her steep valleys, and life-giving streams and waterfalls. And we learn how to conduct ourselves by listening to her voice on the winds. Those of us lucky enough to call Maui home find joy in sharing our stories, in sharing Maui’s gentle breezes, her blessed rains, and her fruitful bounty.
