Agnes Rivera is a commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in office and retail sales and leasing. She works with corporate clients on brokerage, investment strategy, risk analysis, tenant and landlord representation. From 2004 to 2013, she was the in-house broker for HR Real Estate Management Inc., managing over one million square feet of office and retail space in San Juan’s financial district.

She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) active in CCIM national leadership, and a graduate of the CCIM JWL Leadership Academy. She has served as a national CCIM Board member, Presidential Liaison and chaired several national committees for CCIM and NAR. Her NAR designations also include CIPS, AHWD, RSPS and ePRO.

She holds a BS in Business Administration from Interamerican University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and attends several real estate conferences annually as a speaker, committee member, or attendee, including NAR, CCIM, RPAC, MIPIM, and international trade missions. Agnes is licensed to sell real estate in both Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Her interests include running, reading, gardening, and traveling.
