A deep love and passion for the island is what gets her up every morning… grateful for what each day will bring. Debra’s spent over 37 years on Maui, immersed in the dynamic ebb and flow of life in this beautiful community, and has a deep understanding of the island's unique and diverse culture.

When she moved to Maui in 1986 to raise her 2 daughters as a single mother, they were 2 and 5 years old. It turned out to be an unbelievable gift to them. Their childhood was spent running barefoot on the beaches and up the slopes of Haleakala. Debra says “I can’t stress enough what a good decision moving to Maui was for me!”

Currently, she’s married to her long-time love and retired ER Doctor (now full-time golfer) John Mills, and is living in a home they’ve owned for 25 years, raising her 15-year-old grandson. “I’m also honored to be working with Equity One Real Estate, Inc… a professional boutique agency that closely matches my values and feels like home.”
